You'll need code or qRules in your second form (or you could use InfoPath form web parts in a page in SharePoint) to get the input parameters from the first form in your second form. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.office.infopath.loadingeventargs.inputparameters.aspx

How odd - everything looks right. I don't understand how the hide rule is causing this - both screenshots are the same form, just with no rule?

Use a Rich Text box in your InfoPath form (which is what I meant to begin with, sorry for not being more clear).

Where is the multiple selection list box in your form? In a repeating section bound to "my:RepeatingFields"? If so -

Hi - I can see the forum is hashing your formatting to death - it does that to me in some browsers too. Even reading your text attachment, I'm still puzzled as to what your question is? I think you are saying the type and cost aren't being submitted to your SharePoint List, and you expect them to be?

Well, if your form is a filler form, you have more options in the text box properties - but I'm assuming this is a browser form? Maybe try adding a rich text box and set it to the value of the SharePoint field? See if that makes a diff?

Honestly - I vaguely recall having an issue with Rich Text boxes in IE 11 with Office 365 browser forms - but that was when I switched views they didn't display data and changing compatibility settings fixed it - weird, right? Not sure if that issue still exists. I had thought at one point there were word wrap issues with calculated values and ...
