Hi york31,
I'm not sure yet how your form is set up, but are you pertaining to a person/group picker (people control)?, if not may I have a sample of the filter value for the lookup field? Since you were able to query using a different field, then the only problem I'm thinking of is the filter query value you are using.

Hi mr_m_cox,
You can make use of sections and some hide-show formatting rules. I'm attaching a sample form for your reference, and check the formatting rules under each section.
Hope this helps.

Hi jjsmith,
You might want to take a look at this link for date formulas, or you can use qRules' DateDiff command if you wish to avoid writing code.

Hope this helps.

Please check the two approaches we have for copying repeating tables on the attached form. The first approach uses a trigger technique, while the second one uses qRules' Insert command.

Thank you for the additional information. I am attaching an updated form. Please check if this approach works for you.

Apologies for that. Here's the form converted to InfoPath 2007. Please check if this approach is close to what you're looking for. If not, kindly attach a copy or a sample of your form so I can get a better idea of what you need.
