 Is there a way to have code auto-create those folders based on Department/User?  For example:  If User A, from Department IT submits a form, to have InfoPath form auto-create the destination if it doesn't exist to where it would be Leave Forms(Root) --> IT Department --> User A  Thanks in advance!

 A quick update, I was able to achieve the routing by creating rules and separate data connections for each department.  I'm wondering though would there be a way to auto-create these folders when new departments come on board? Thanks! 

Hi Narayana, Qdabra's Electronic Signature Template Part doesn't support encrypting the data in SharePoint because that would require decrypting it in the form which would require yet another PIN or password! :). SQL data types are not the same as InfoPath. In particular a date-time field in SQL is not the same as a date-time field in XML. XML date types are strings of the following format: 2011-02-18T00:27:49. You'll have to convert to that if you want to use date picker control in InfoPath.
