Yes, the users were getting access denied on the form. Unbeknownst to me, however, they brought in another Sharepoint Architect who is a consultant this morning and he apparently solved the problem.  At least that is what I am hearing... When you say "no one can get to it but me", do you mean they can't even see the form library, or they can see the library, just not open the form?
