Finally got it figured out - it was an alias situation. When we first started using our development system, we referred to it one way, and we began creating the forms based on that URL name, but by the time we got closer to asking for testing outside of our dept., we had changed the name slightly so that the URL for the form began one way ...

This code must be in the click event of the button?
I've always found I can use the eventObj object of the event to easily delete the repeating row/section.
First, my remove button is usually inside the repeating section, or in an empty column at the end of the table, or next to the final control in the last column.
Then I call ...

Not sure about form templates in sharepoint, or even Infopath 2007, but I found the following avoided my users getting 'form upgrade' messages in Infopath 2003.
When you publish a form, you end up specifying a form name and a form URL to publish to. I always adjust the form name field so that it reads something like ...

We have a Development server, a Test server and a Production server environment. We are designing InfoPath 2010 forms and using SharePoint 2010 for Workflow. Our workflows are used for approvals and email notification. The developers find it inconvenient to recreate the Workflow every time that a InfoPath form moves from Dev ...

In my system the Submit dataconnection is explicitly coded to the "friendly" hostname. If the form is opened in the Infopath client via a different URL, i.e. with an alias for the same host, the submit operation will always fail. The error message names the current user as the "other user" who is locking the file. Since ...

Well believe it or not, it finally WORKED! Must have been "user error" lol
I am almost done with form (there will always be improvement) but I need to have a condition as in a Word document document in SharePoint. When a user opens the document, they are presented with the option at the top "To modify this ...
