InfoPath Dev

In my above scenario, it displays the person if ANY ONE of the Skillset fields is above 75.  So if I pick "Audio" in my dropdown, it displays a person who might have "75" or greater in their "Lighting" field.

I have the same problem; however, I must use SSL for some employees.  Basically I can work with rest within my domain fine; however, when I attempt to access a SP2010 Rest Service over https it fails telling me it cannot connect. That was a great help.  I figured that out; however, for some reason REST doesn't appear to work over SSL and half of my usage is over the internet.  Have you run into a problem like this?
