hi, i am usign sharepoint designer workflow. there is an action: creat list item. when i use this action it generetae an xsn file (that is only editable with infopath). instead i need an xml file to use by explorer.

How to perform conditional formatting on rows when they have the same values in the same fields? Actually we have a field called "GroupID" which contains the same ID indenpendently of the row. And we'd like to group (in a visual way) all the rows that have the same GroupID. Thanks for your help.

Can Someone help me please? I have an Access table with two fields [empID] and [info] My infopath form pulls the LAN id of the user. This LAN id is dropped in a field on the form called [LANid]  I want to add a field on the form that populates the [info] for all records where [empID] = [LANid]   Any help?
