As Hilary say, if you have automatic upgrade options set, when the old forms are opened they should display based on the new template.
Some 'useful to know' thing I've found:
Make sure you use 'Publish' and not just 'Save' the new template over the top of the old one.
The new template should be ...

That's very interesting. I'm going to log a qRules inquiry into our bug database to investigate why this is the case.
Thanks for the workaround!
I'm off tonight but I'll be online from 10am tomorrow for a few hours.

Hi Patrick, Thanks so much for the quick reply (especially on a Saturday). I just finished some experimenting and it seems that if I first add a data connection using QueryDB to retrieve data, and then inject qRules, I can then add additional QueryDB data connections without receiving that error. I have some additional development ...

I believe this is a change in InfoPath behavior between 2007 and 2010. Not sure why qRules injecting brings it about, but you should be able to use the second query string when it asks for Sample Values. Send me email and I can take a quick look via Live Meeting today.

Thanks Hilary, works great but when I add the "id" attribute to the SubmitToSharePointList command gives a "Failed to select node for SharePoint List Id" error and doesn't work. Once I remove the "id" attribute it submits well and only submits the approved items.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Oh I see - you did it with a 2007 Filler Form. I've been using simply "Blank 2007 Form". I tried using these steps with a Blank 2007 Filler Form and I got similar results as you.
If you follow the steps using just "Blank 2007 Form" do you see "Address" as well?
