Hi - I need a bit more info. When I set the format for a control that is displaying the time, I have the option to display am / pm?

If this were my form, I would save the form as source files and check the SQL data connection in the manifest.xsf file to see if the credentials were actually there, because as you describe the symptom, it sounds as if they are not.

Yup, you could query the list for the user (if in this other list the person / group column only allows a single user) or you could add a data connection to the list and return all the data, then use a condition in a form load rule to determine whether to switch views.... When you create a condition and select a field for the first dropdown in the ...

Not sure what "load specific views" means here - if you mean you want to switch the view on form load based on who the user is, yes, you can do that. The userName() function is a built in InfoPath function that returns the user's account id. Put a calculated value on your form and select the function using the formula builder and ...

So - with the relative path that was in your expression (which is what InfoPath will build by default, in general) the formula was comparing on just the individual data row - for the given title, it was looking at path in the same row. By changing that to an absolute path, the formula is comparing the title to all the returned paths. In ...

No - they shouldn't need admin access to the drive. You might want to check the form options > security and make sure that it is set to automatically determine the security level, then republish it. The message you are getting is one I usually have seen when someone is opening a saved XSN instead of a published XSN. I don't have a ...

Oh, I see the difference now! Changing the last filter on your dropdown the "The expression" and doing the same with mine, I see you are using a relative path to a field where I'm using an absolute path. Try this expression:

About halfway down this page: https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/31675/107966.aspx there is a reply from me w/ a screenshot - looks like at that time I suggested using the mapped drive letter on the earlier dialog in the publishing wizard but the full path on the later screen. This may help.

So, in my sample, I'm setting the default value of the dropdown field to the first stage option for the dropdown. Is that what you'll be doing in your form as well? Setting to the first option? What is the text value of that? What does your stages list data look like? Could you attach a screenshot of that?

Ok - that's a Microsoft site, and it loads for me, but here's a screenshot of the post. Basically, the original poster had the same error with a network-published form with SQL connections and it turned out not everyone was mapped to the same drive letter. Have you checked that with your user with the issue?
