 Hi Hilary  The list used in the drop down is systems we use and is maintained on another page if that makes sense. So I need to include the ID number in the Data source/value?  In a connected question is there a reason that a information entered in a Text Box field in one view wouldn't appear in another?

 Possibly. The drop down is getting it's choices from another list on the site, so it's using an external data source. Is that a problem? Is there a work around?
