I only want the specific view visable in the body of the email. I dont want the rest of the form attached as an attachment. Not all users in my enterprise have InfoPath installed so the attached xml file will be useless to them. The view appears in the body of the email as HTML and is perfect for them.

This has proven very useful to me, thanks. Only question I have is that the entire xlm form gets sent as an attachment. Any way to stop the form being attached?

I've bee playing around with this. I can set a rule to switch to a view, then submit via email however the entire form is attached to the email, not the specifiv view I need. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

I've started to use User Roles and have noticed that they work fine when the form is opened from a sharepoint site but they dont appear to work if the form is opened from a local or network directory as a stand alone form. Is this they way it's supposed to work, or do I have a problem?
