Ok going to try and explain my dilemma,  I have SharePoint 2010 using Info path 2010 so i am hoping i can get this to work without too much.I created a 2010 SharePoint list that populates data from Our ERP system.  -Works fineThen I created a SharePoint Library using Info Path 2010 that grabs some data from my erp and from List ...

Ok so I tried to set a Filter by right Clicking on repeating section --> repeating Section properties--> Display --> Options (Conditional Formatting) --> Add --> Sonumber(Data)  (is equal to) SOinumber(Form field)  like my other Set field rules.. But that dosnt seem to work

Hmm that seemed to work, only it shows all the  data..  in which you said it would.  But is there to filter it to just show the data = to my sales order Field

Just display the secondary data - this works if all you need is for users to see the data from your secondary data source, not edit it or store it with the XML from the main data source in the form   this might work because all i want to do is display the items. how would i go about doing this?    Also checking out ...

Hmmm. I think i understand what you mean. But I dont know how to write code so i rely on Insert Formula.  any reason why the out put is not the same is there a setting i am missing. All i am doing is inserting a field or group  button and picking my fields is there something i am doing wrong?
