Hi _Tmc_,
Not quite sure what you mean, but I'll reply anyway ...
When you admin deploy a form in MOSS 2007 (or use the sandbox in SharePoint 2010) the form is published to a folder on SharePoint. You can create a form library from the SharePoint UI (not from InfoPath) and either a) set it to use content types (and associate your form ...

Hi Pluttod,
On quick inspection, I can't see any issue with your code. What are you seeing happen? Can you save the XML and see the fields in it?
I created a sample form with a multi-select list box and filled it out and it adds a blank field1 at the top. You might want to just manually do this to see the XML that gets generated and then ...

Hi Mahender,
Dialog box popups arent supported in MOSS 2007 (nor 2010, I believe) so that won't work.
You can use the error board though, so the code you are writing should add the error to the error board for your form and then you can use the default InfoPath validation errors (hover over, etc.) to show the user the issue but a dialog box ...

Hi CarlosGoncalves,
I'm assuming your main data source is populating values from your secondary data source and that the multiple-select list box is bound to your main data source with a data source group and repeating field underneath.
Here's a sample XML I saved after creating a blank form and adding a multi-select list box to ...

Hi Aleds and welcome!
I've seen that issue before but I can't remember the exact reason. Can you attach the XML file? It's possible that there's a problem with the schema or maybe you are missing one of the definitions at the top. I'll forward this to one of our WCF developers for comment as well, btu if you can attach the XML ...

Hi Milko,
You'll need to republish your XSN (form template) to the mapped drive and then everything should work. Just open it in the Designer and do File->Publish and specify the S:\ drive.
Good luck!

Hi Jerome,
What kind of authentication are you interested in: Forms Based Authentication, Windows Integrated Authentication, or Claims Based Authentication? We can show you all three, and there are numerous tutorials out on the web describing them.
Are you interested in building a Web service or reusing one? We have generic Web services ...

Hi Vt800c,
The best practice is to have your main data source be straight XML (not tied to a database or web service) and use secondary data sources that pull from your database or web service. When you set up your form like that, doing what you want is a "piece of cake". In fact, we do exactly what you describe for the majority of the ...
