Hi Lucy,
You should install Qdabra's Active Directory Web Service and query that for the information. We have a bunch of videos on YouTube that show how to use it. It's cheap and will save you tons of time plus it has cool features not included in UserProfileService - check out Clayton Cobb's "SharePoint Madness" blog on why ...

Don't use a multiple select listbox. Use a repeating table with a checkbox in it. Then, you can use the checked state in the checkbox to conditionally show just hte ones you want on your print view.

Hi Chintan.Desai,
Are you previewing this from your colleagues machine via InfoPath Filler or the browser control on SharePoint? In 2007 I believe this is an ActiveX control that needs to be enabled. Can you try to view it on another machine?

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm using InfoPath 2010, and I noticed "Show A Dialog Box Message" is not an available among the drop-down list items after selecting "Add Action". I'm only able to go so far as item #7, under "Create the rule condition". It appears Greg is ...

Another question . . . I am setting up the alternatvie method of submitting the table to a list and copying back ...

Patrick,
Thank you so much for responding. Not to appear stupid, but I can't find InfoPath Filler.
When I click on Windows Start I see Programs; Documents: Settings: Search; Run
I looked under Programs but all I see applicable is Microsoft Office and InfoPath 2007 but no InfoPath Filler....
Am I looking in the wrong place?

Just go to the current repeating group node in the main data source right click and choose reference and select the group node under which is where you want the new table. You will need to add a separate CopyTable command for this new table since the ...

Add two rules to your button or submit - one rule has the condition "if fields3 = value 2". The other rule comes after and has no condition. The first rule should be checked to stop applying rules if it succeeds. If it doesn't (because the condition doesn't match), the second rule will fire. There are other ways of doing ...

Hi W,
Yep, Greg's right, but how about a workaround? Have your code set a field in the main data source or a secondary one and then check that.
