can you attach the list template, obviously the problem seems to be with the library not with the document.
-
just create a repeating table with 3 columns
1 column of type hyper link
2 and 3 columns text
in the properties of first column specify column2 as data source to link
and column 2 as data source to Display
-
in the template, under tools -> form options -> Versioning
check the check box (Allow form users to choose whether to upgrade to a new version of the form template...)
-
if you are using managed code, and your form is not browser enabled.
this.save();
should do the work of saving the form.
-
just one question how do you fill in repeating table, can u share that code/rule so that we can look at it and let you know
-
hi,
you can restrict the users from submitting the form again,
create a field submitted_by in your template, also promote this field.
each time anybody submit just concat his username to this field.
create a (recieve) data connection to the data library that will retrieve this promoted field for current form.
on the submit button have ...
-
sorry for the confusion, it is
eval(eval(Multi_servers_Affected, 'concat(my:Multi_server_selector, ";")'), "..")
-
well you know which doc library you are going to submit, you know what is going to be the file_name, combining both of them into a field should give you the form link.
-
to get the user name of the logged in user use userName() function
-
you will need to modify the way you are submitting to sharepoint, the name you are using as file name needs to be stored on the form itself, so that the next time you submit the older form gets over written instead of a new form being created. check this
