Edit - my original post is moot, since anonymous access breaks one of my other forms.  It appears if anonymous access is turned on in Central Admin, SubmitToSharePoint list no longer works.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm cool with doing it with code. Just not sure what control to translate the attachment to. Richtext box? Picture control?

I don't think your problem is related to this article. Sounds more like problems with your network and/or SharePoint configuration.

after publishing the existing form and deplyoed on central admin its working now for some time...and start giving the error again.. do you have other alternative solution?
