Hi Hilary, That's exactly what I would like to do, however I don't know what I need to do to create the query and have it run. The furtherest I've gotten is having a dropdown that auto displays all my sharepoint profiel information (one item on each line).. Can you advise how to create the query - what info in what fields? Hi Karsten! Thnx for the link - I already found that, too. But we don't really want to rollout a feature on both farms (2007 and 2010) and also it works only with a right click menu afterwards - which is another change for the users. We would prefer a solution that works similar to IE - but maybe this is our last chance to get it ...

Hi dapklp,    Thanks for the very detailed clarification.  Could you check your text box's properties to make sure that the multiline option is enabled?  Is this a browser form?  I think I remember there being a limitation with displaying multiline values on browser forms.
