The only kind of repeating table you can have in a SharePoint list form is one to one with the list items - that is, you can't have child repeating tables. That is just how list forms work. You can repeat the list item node as I mentioned above, but what you are trying to do is not possible in a list form.

Oh - were you hoping to copy the data from the SharePoint list into the main data source? I ask because I see your second repeating table is bound to the main data source... InfoPath won't do that out of the box. Is it okay to just display data from the secondary data source instead?

Here's a sample that isn't a SharePoint list form, but hopefully the formulas used will help you. You can attach your form in a reply under the Options tab if you need assistance implementing this. :) Save the sample locally, right click and select design to open, then you can preview & try it out.

Are you a site collection admin? Do you have the sandbox service running on your server? What size is your template, as the sandbox code service may be timing out. Can you check the SharePoint ULS logs for the time range of your publication attempt to find issues there?

Okay. In the attached ZIP is an updated version of DAT that works with InfoPath 2013. This is for DBXL 2.8, but we have other customers using this version with their DBXL 2.7 install, so you might want to give it a try. Save a copy of your current version before publishing this version. Here's a link to a blog post how to. ...

It is related to moving to InfoPath 2013. What version of DAT / DBXL are you using? You should be able to find that in the form footer in DAT.... can you attach a screenshot?

I would assume the issue is with your SharePoint Server - is this a browser form? I've never seen a perf issue this bad (15 minutes to open? That is absurd!) nor related to number of users logged in - do other forms on the same server have a similar problem?

Can you attach a copy of your form under the options tab in a reply? That may help us understand your question a little better.
