Hi sewid,
You cannot directly add/remove items from a dropdown-box,
but if your dropdown-box is mapped to show items in an xmldocument, then you can remove the nodes from xml by writing some code in vb.net

Welcome to the Forum!
You can write some code to automatically populate second listbox when you select a value in the first list box.
You can refer to Greg's tutorial for some examplehttp://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=3747acf3968448a992abcc76d54bf920.

Hi Larry Kropp,
Welcome to the Board!
I guess if they are two different xmldocuments, one of it is secondary dataconnections. Master/Detail does not work with a secondary dataconnections, it works only with primary dataconnections.

Ideally there shoudn't be much difference. But you can try increasing the time for the timeout. By default for a DB connection it is 30seconds.

You can have an OnAfterChangeEvent on the two date fields which will call the function that you have written to caliculate the days between two dates.

Hi Thierry,
When i am calling this method it is taking some time before creating the connection. And my guess is, it is getting timed out even before creating the connection.
Actually I was successful in creating a secondary data connection for the method that you have specified. But its taking time to create the connection.
If you want that ...

Hi shyananth, Welcome to the Forum!
You can add your sharepoint site URL in your trusted sites, and when you logon next time check teh checkbox to remember the password, it will not ask you password from next time onwards. This is the way you do it.
I dont think you can do away with single log on for IE and InfoPath.
