Hi Donna,
For default submit, InfoPath enforces one data connection. To work around this, change the Action to ''Rules and Custom Code'' and add a rule with two or more actions:
1. Double click on the button and change the dropdown from Submit to ''Rules and Custom Code''.
2. Click Rules.
3. Click Add.
4. Click Add Action.
5. Select ''Submit ...

That's because you are using default Submit handler instead of Rules with multiple actions. I'm pretty busy today but will try to respond with more details later.

Hi Thierry,
You could just have some code that iterates through the DOMs copying if one is blank etc.
Or, you could display both side-by-side in the view and have the user click a button to map them over.
I still don't feel like I understand exactly what your form is doing. Can you explain? That might
help me.

Hi Dennis and welcome to our forum!
You could add a link to your form with the path to the Excel file. If you need to modify the link, you could set your link to a field and change it as the result of some other change on your form (using rules or code).

Hi Donna,
Sure, this is easy in the the Designer. Once you have added two ''submit'' data connections (Tools->Data Connections->Submit->...). Just add a button to your form and double click it to bring up properties. Click rules and add. Click Add an Action. Select Submit using a data connection and choose the submit you would like to ...

Why not use a secondary data source (2DS) to receive the data and then have a handler that maps the fields into your main data source. You could use an XSL for this, or you could do it manually.

Hi Christophe,
How am I right if it works only once!? :S I'm confused about what changed. Anyway, you'll need to include the assembly in your InfoPath project. I've asked Jim to respond with tips on how to do this.
