Hi Khansolo,
Default ''File->Send To E-mail Recipient'' is fine even for ''Restricted'' forms. Unfortunately, it doesn't support programmatically modifying who you send it too. This is a great question - you want to have it send the form as HTML but control the routing via the envelope parameters. Let me as Microsoft and see what they say ...

Hi Patrick,
Looks like InfoPath is trying to do some kind of OLE operation with Access. How are you accessing Access? Through code or ODBC?
Is Access installed on the InfoPath client? What about the SharePoint server?

Hi Khansolo,
Default send functionality is to send the form as MHT in the e-mail body. Using custom code you may be missing that.

Hi Tracy,
Yes, this is a common design pattern. I call it ''aggregation''. Anyway, use two forms and the Import functionality in the second. Issue Tracking and Meeting Agenda are two out-of-box samples that show off import functionality. The SDK has more info. Hi Patrick,
That error is strange. I would expect rules to work fine. Maybe it's an issue with preview. Did you try publishing and testing the form from there? Anyway, I will send e-mail to MS about this. Nice bit of sleuthing! :)

Hi Shreeprabu,
Have you looked at using Rules and Filtering to reduce the list of the second dropdown when the first dropdown is selected? Greg has posted some HowTo's and Samples on how to do this using xpath filtering. This should be doable.
