I have infopath form where i upload a form ( which is in pdf format).issue is that if i upload the file which is more then 20 mb it should give me error i.e(file size is more then 20 mb) pls help

I am created a form which receives/submits data to an Access Database.
There are sections of the form which are digitally signed.
I would like to store the digital signitures into the database.... so that when the form is closed, and reopened... the digital signitures are still there.
