Using InfoPath 2007, I have a Repeating Table bound to a SharePoint list with several hundred items. However, the form is only returning 100 of the rows AND it appears to pick rows at the start of the list and at the end of the list. Is there some upper-limit or other configuration of a repeating table that is causing this ...

Thanks for the reply!
To do this would I publish the form to a network location then use the published form to deploy with PowerShell?
Thanks again,

Yup, that should have gotten the form out of the cache.
I'm sorry - I really can't think of much else. In case it is any help - my basic troubleshooting involves first narrowing down if it is the user or the machine - have the user log into a machine where things work - does s/he still have the issue? Log into the user's machine - ...

I've no idea why I listed IE8. It is opening in Infopath version: 2007 SP2
I've tried clearing the cache: InfoPath /cache clearall
I also opened InfoPath and deleted the existing forms... which I imagine does the same thing.

Ran into this issue just today and it turned out to be that the form itself had a network printer defined in it (instead of just Default Printer) and that printer's share name changed. Setting it back to "Default Printer" in the form itself fixed the problem. Hope this helps someone else!

Yeah, you won't be able to, I think - the SelectRecord field is outside of the repeating group - there is no way to know which "Key Field" was selected. Do you own the database tables? Can another field be added to the table?

Sure Hilary...here you go. I was thinking I could also do this with rules and I've played around but cannot get this to work

You had it exactly right. I created a separate data connection to pull the names from and it is working perfectly now. Thank you very much for the fast answer. J

I want functionality that when user clicks on the "Next" button it should redirect user to the next browser based Infopath form. If user clicks on the Back button on the Infopath form it should redirect user to the Previous browser based ...
