Bute there ist no way to work with variablen.

How can I do that?

I don't believe InfoPath has a built-in way to dynamically include form field values in stored procedure queries. It is something people are often looking to do, and that's why we added the ExecuteSqlQuery command to qRules. I recommend having a look.

The cause of the 405 "Method not allowed" with SharePoint mapping is likely that having WebDAV role installed on the server. Removing the WebDAV role from the server should fix the SharePoint HTTP 405 errors. There are known issues with SharePoint servers having the WebDAV role installed.
