Hi Jarecki, Did you ever find a solution for this? I am facing a similar prospect of having to update InfoPath promoted fields in SharePoint lists and I will need to do it programatically so that I can update multiple files with values in say a CSV file.

How about having putting a repeating section for your group4 group on your "Requestor Content" view, inside a section that's always hidden?  Then you could probably add rows to it without switching views, and the changes would be reflected in your "Lab Content" view.

just saw it before you replied.  I decided to skin the cat by removing all retrival fields from the data connection.  I then ran the form and saw issues for lookups, when I looked at the fields, it was evident.  back to the clean-up... Thanks again for all your help, -B
