Thanks for the idea Ernesto but my form is published to my SharePoint development server.

It's practically the same in 2010, except that instead of using the Text Box properties, you would open up the Manage Rules pane, and add a Validation rule.  Everything from there should be pretty self explanatory if you have that webpage as a guide.
