Yeah- actually, in the one marked Good vs the one marked Bad, I do see buttons in the manifest that aren't associated with rule sets. But in the good one, the "exit" button doesn't have any rules on it ... I'm not sure which button is supposed to have the Close action? At any rate, if you find that saving prior to publishing ...

Can you point me to the missing action rules on buttons in the "bad" one? I don't see any buttons in group 4... the submit button still has its rule in both....

Maybe check the forum subscriptions page & make sure they are all set to No? http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/ForumSubscriptions.aspx

Hey, Byron - I went and checked your profile and I see you are set to "no" for all the email settings - I'm not sure why you are still getting emails! How long ago did you change the settings? What emails are you receiving? Worst case, I should be able to change your email address in your profile to something invalid....

How odd. So relinking didn't allow the files to now open with the content type in the browser in the new library.... These sites are on the same site collection and using the same content type? (I realize that is what you wrote, just triple checking...)

Do you have InfoPath 2013? Maybe try saving the form as IP 2013 compatible?

Interesting - I'm not sure. This solution leverages the names defined in the Excel workbook - I wonder if making the named range larger would help? I don't think it would.... Does this method actually save the data updated in Excel? Or only update it for the session?

How odd. The section you've pasted has to do with the widgets for inserting optional sections - not regular button controls and their rules.... is this the only difference? Can you add a good manifest and a bad one to a zip and attach to a reply under the options tab? I'd like to take a look. :)

I don't really understand this question. Can you post a screenshot under the options tab, or maybe a copy of your form?

Can you use SQL Profiler to see if the query is running at all?
