Well - one thing you should know about that option is that the cached data will persist.... is this data that changes often? It does seem like you may have a connection issue if you don't get any data without caching, for what that's worth.

So - here is what I think. I think you have data in your DB where Designation has the value you are looking for - but that data is NOT in the main data source for your form. I think you need to add another data connection to your form to get this information. How many rows do you think are in your DB where designation is equal to the value you ...

Sorry, I meant to get back to you. What I was trying to tell you is that the field you are using for the "to" value may not have a value at the time you send the email. Can you drag your data fields onto the form from the main data source and verify that at least one row has a designation of Rank1 at the time you execute the submit ...

I'm sorry this was overlooked - did you figure it out? If not - attach your form to a reply (under the options tab) and I'll take a look next week.

Wow - I don't think you can. Can you use two dropdowns to narrow things down? Then maybe use REST for more controlled filtering?

Sure. Add an email submit to the form. Add a rule to the field with the condition that if the field is = to xyz, submit via email. The email will have the current form info in it - hopefully that is okay?

Here is a copy of the form with the code DLL removed. Maybe try publishing it to a new library, upload one of your existing large XML to the library, relink it to this template and see if you can reproduce the issue?

You could add rules in form load. Maybe when the customer submits the form, you set a field to "Submitted" (you can add fields to the schema w/out them showing on the form itself) and in your form load rules, if that field = Submitted, you switch to your new view.

Under your form options (File > Advanced Form Options) there are settings to show the view menu. Or just stick a button on there that switches to the print view.

In your current view, select everything (CTRL a to select all) then copy it (CTRL c). Click in your new view and paste (CTRL v). You can then right click the text boxes and use the change control option from the context menu.
