You have the postback on the command node set to always? And it works when you paste the command in from preview but not when you enter the same command in the browser? You'll need 2 rules to accomplish this.  On the first text box, create a new formatting rule.  The condition for the rule needs to look something like "checkboxField = FALSE".  The formatting section should have disabled this control checked.  Use this same rule for the second text box and your controls should be ...
