Well, my formula should work as long as the year is 4 digits and the month and day are 2 digits.  If they're not, you'll need to add the 20 or leading 0 to sure them up.

I was trying different formats to see if one worked better than the other.

It was an issue of not updating it in the List settings first. Even after "refreshing" the IP form, I still had to update the control in the IP form manually to set the 'allow multiple' setting.  But it is saving the data now.  Thank you!

Hi- Check the Internet Settings. Is it possible that one one machine the SharePoint site is Local Intranet, and it is not on the other machine?   Hi Anson, Thanks for your reply. I know about secondary data connection. But, i need such as control where we can bind rocordset in the control. e.g. asp.net has a grid which can satisfy this requirement. But, i need such grid in InfoPath 2007. Let me know if you have any options.
