Hi Ppuddick,
From the Designer, you can go to Tools->Data Connections. Select your e-mail connection and click modify. The default option is to attach the form to the e-mail data connection. Once you set that up, you can write code to it and it should still attach the form. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you cannot use dynamic data in your header, so Company Name is probably hard. I have heard rumors that this is fixed in some future release ....
Controlling where page breaks occur is possible but not programmatically so, which means you will get bad page breaks and your printed form will likely cut off.

Hi Trent,
Great question. I have no idea. While there are numerous printing problems with InfoPath, I have not heard of this specific one. Good luck!

Hi again,
This is hard to do without writing some code in the form. SharePoint does not have a row-based permissions model. Since the interviewers will come one after another, you can create separate form libraries. With code, you could require a password, but that's overkill and unruly. How do you plan to use the feedback?

Hi Oleg,
You can use Rules to set the status value. I do not recommend putting this on the form. Use routing buttons and use rules to set the value programmatically. Double click on the button and define a rule to set the status value (after you submit the form). This is documented with more detail in other posts.

Hi Oleg,
InfoPath has a Merge Forms under the Files menu. The support for aggregation is actually quite deep. You can do custom aggregation either via an XSLT or code. You'll want to look at the SDK sample for a good example of how to do both, but default merge should work in general (no code or XSLT required). However, it depends on your schema. ...

In addition, I think you are aware of this, but keep in mind that certificates can expire''
Expired certificates – If the certificate you used expires, you will need to re-sign with a different certificate when you update the form and the clients will need to re-install/re-trust that new certificate. That#%92s pretty standard stuff though and ...

Hi again,
Microsoft responded and pointed out a real obvious thing that I should have figured out on my own:
“adding one new text box” caused existing forms to have their digital signatures invalidated. By adding the textbox did you modify your solution schema in such a way that all the old documents must have their XML updated in order to ...

Hi Troy,
I seem to recall having seen a jscript snippet here or there showing how to do this. Have you checked MSDN and/or the InfoPath SDK?

Hi Mephisto,
You can use the SharePoint Contacts. Check out Greg's latest HowTo article on how to set up [me] filters for forms saved from InfoPath.
