Just a guess but you may need to use the current() function to make sure you are selecting the correct value.

Hi Miss Lola,
Yes, you can just add a data connection to your InfoPath form that queries the list. The current month can be determined by using the today() function and substring() function to extract the current month. Then you can add a rule that uses this information to select the correct values from the SharePoint list data returned from the ...

The only way to do this is to add a separate field for each character and make each field a dropdown with the 0-9 numbers in it. Best of luck!

Have you tried converting the data connections to UDC files stored in a Data Connections Library? If you do that you can edit the data connections without having to republish the form.

Please look at the view definition and verify that the correct ID field is being displayed. SharePoint will automatically assign an ID when a row is added to ta form library. That's a certainty if you see the items in the form library, so my guess is taht you aren't showing the right field or something.

The template is set as full trust with signature.
I am trying to use a submit data connection to send emails (form & template attached) when a button is pressed - if the templated has no code it works without problems. Once i inject it with Qdabra rules it does not want to send anymore email to external addresses - still, is sending the ...

My guess is that it has something to do with the security setting of the form. If it has code it cannot be "Restricted". When you are emailing an XSN to a user, it must be set to Restricted. Having code in the form will prevent that (either yoru code or qRules).

It looks the struggle has not ended :)
Everything was ok...until i've reinjected the template. Once is injected with the qdabra rules it does not want to go anymore to external emails.
Does this have to do anything with the licence?
Is there any way to have a template injected and sent to externals?
thanks
