Looking at the code for the command, it appears that the new PI is entirely in the hands of the designer - that is, if you are talking about the InsertPi command.
The /data parameter is the data content of the PI you are inserting - you can include solutionVersion there.
What is your current command syntax?

Our apologies but the new commands in v3.4 are not in the current qRules sample form.
Can we help you with any of SaveToPath, CreateDirectory, DeleteFile, ChangeConnectionUrl?

I have a form that some time requires the submition of hardcopies in specific cases and we need to track when we recieve those hardcopies.

Please consider adding the LastCommand field to the QdabraRules.xml SDS and having the program populate this field as an enhancement for the next version.
I find this very useful for troubleshooting, having to manage this ourselves is tedious.
