We had the same certificate error when going from 2003 to 2010. The short answer is no. As an aside, if you access any other office file (.docx,.xlsm, etc.) from your form, that file needs to be in a trusted location.
Also, I'm going directly to sql, which has been working ok in 2010, but I would like to move to web ...

Hiliary,
OK I am back at it. If you wouldn't mind explaining where to put the relative XPath in the mapping tool I think I'll be able to do it. If I get the XPath of the fields I need from the Data Fields drop down in InfoPath ie. /my:myFields/my:Franchise do I just add it as another row in the mapping tool? I ...

Same issue here.
I have hundreds of users all over the country that are currently running infopath 2003 on Windows XP machines with MSOffice 2003. We are in the process of migrating to Windows 7 with MSOffice 2010. They need to be able to copy or move their xml forms (which contain javascript code) to any location (laptop, thumbdrive, email ...

I have a requirement that a video be displayed in a browser enabled InfoPath form. They want the video to be played in the browser form. I'm confirming that this requires an ActiveX control and thus not compatible with browser forms. The issue is that most people outside the company do not have InfoPath so a browser form is a ...

In your library, there should be a "Relink Documents" view - switch to that and it will allow you to relink any files you need to the default form template for your library. Test with one or two first to be sure you have ...

Thank you for your reply,
They are many differences too when accessing or updating xml nodes because of the different dom model in 2007 :
one sample
vbscript / 2003 : appareilCourant.selectSingleNode("./my:DOM_MECA/my:familleFixee").text = "true"
vsta / 2007 : ...

Using SP & IP 2010, I created a form library that contains my InfoPath form. Then created a document library where the form is used for both create and edit. I am passing a field (CustomerName) as my file name. That was so users could click on the customer name to launch the form for editing. My problem is this: If they edit ...
