Is this a document library or SharePoint list form?  You should be able to just add a rich text control or multi-line text box control then republish and it should work for you.  Perhaps its disabled because the control binding is not correct.

Is there a date time mask I can apply somewhere so that the user puts in the data and time correctly?

If you use the "None (Display XML value)" it will give time in a 24 hour format.

I want to print browser enabled InfoPath form in button click.  Is this possible without writing code ?  If possible, what rules need to write on button click ?
