Glad to hear that is working. We recommend the use of the Transform command for copying data whenever possible, simply because it is very efficient. Do you use Visual Studio at all? It can be helpful for testing your XSLT - Notepad ++, which is free, also has XML Plugins that can help you with that. For this transform, to test it, I created a ...

People pickers don't on their own use or execute data connections. However, if you were using GetUserProfileByName data connections, you will start seeing issues if you aren't setting the account query param correctly prior to executing the query - generally for claims you want to take the substring of the user name function after ...

Ok - I've added a transform and a button to your form that executes the command so you can try it. Be sure you query the NE_GetDivisions data source prior to running the transform command - when I tested the transform I temporarily added XML data sources to a copy of the form to make sure I had the command right. Well - I have the KB wrong in my post above, but searching on those brought me to this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3192884
And I can verify removing this security update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3194798
Got me my rule inspector and date picker back. Now I'm gonna go re-install that update. Thanks, ...

Thanks, Dale - the page for KB3188730 shows a security update for Windows 10 that I do have installed. I may try removing it just to see if that resolves this for me (then I'll likely re-install it as I am doing ok without the rule inspector right now....)

No luck for me yet, I'm assuming an update will eventually fix this.

Okay, thanks! I should be able to help you with a transform today & post your form back by the end of the day. :)

If the issue was just that used a browser template instead of a filler template, you can go to Form Options > Compatibility and change the form to a filler form there.
