I am looking to run a SharePoint 2013 workflow on all of my list items (just once). Currently, I have only ever created workflows that run when a list item is created or changed. Is there a way to start a workflow so that it will run through every item on the list when initiated? Thanks

Ok. I added rules on the Project_site field for you for this. The form is slow to render when the rules run. I presume that is due to logic on the time fields.

I can confirm this. I just added a SharePoint REST API connection to an InfoPath form and published to a new library. I get the same error on open. Another alternative might be to try FormsViewer - https://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qdabraForms.aspx#overview for more info. We support SharePoint REST API connections.
