I am currently trying to hide and unhide sections by using the selected check boxes within a another multi-select list box (mslb) within InfoPath 2010. My scenario is:
Select items within a multi-select list box called career-clusters and depending on which items they select would then unhide the other sections called programs (there are ...

No question is stupid - I haven't used SharePoint List forms much, so I'm having to walk through this too.
It looks like by default the repeating section doesn't have "Allow users to insert" enabled - right click your repeating section and under the properties you'll see something like the screenshot I've attached. ...

Okay, so in the 3rd dropdown in that screenshot - Acc. NO - is that from your Suppliers data source? I have now changed the Postback setting on the Rich Text Box to Always. With this new setting, here is what happens: The user enters text into the Rich Text Box and clicks submit. The Rich Text Boxes flashes off and then back onto the screen (I'm guessing because it's sending data to the server) but the submit doesn't happen. The user ...

How is your form submitting? Via code or rules?
If this were my form, I'd assume the issue was somewhere in the form logic - perhaps the code you've added for debugging is causing your new submit ...

bound to an XHTML field. This is not in the main/default view, and the user can submit the form from the main/default view and from the
sub-view with this control in it. When the user adds more than ...

Hi,
I'm just doing a small survey. For all InfoPath designers what are the most boring and recurring limitations when using MS InfoPath:
1. In Standalone
2. With SharePoint (2007 or 2010)
3. With InfoPath Services
4. With Outlook
5. With Access
Thanks for your feedback.
