Hello, Are there any messages in InfoPath's Design Checker? If you have access to the SharePoint logs, you could also check those to see if there are any messages recorded at the time of the failed publish. Hopefully with more information from these two questions the problem can be narrowed down. Thanks!

Hi Oliver I haven't seen any mention of whether or not the form has "full trust" or not. When you publish the form you will need to set this setting.
