Filler forms don't submit to lists, but they do to libraries. What do you mean by not being able to publish the form? Do you get an error or something?
-
No other qRules option, I'm afraid. I can't think of a no code way to check if a link can be reached. The issue with the IsDestReachable command is that it relies on the Filler object model - I don't know of an option that is permitted in browser code.

So - when the form is submitted, the library shows that template link? I'm wondering about the link in the email - what does that look like? Where does it come from - is that from data in the form, or is the link sent via email?
-
Wonderful - and that is an acceptable work around for you? Your users don't require rich text?

I don't think you are going to make your form slower with that many actions - after all, all the same fields will be set regardless. Here is a link to a blog post on this (for repeating fields, but the idea is similar): http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2009/06/07/hack-manifest-xsf-to-filter-the-target-of-a-rule.aspx

Ok. Well, maybe your technician can help figure out why you are getting the policy settings error? Like I said - it went away for me when I added my network location to my local intranet. :)

You can have code in a browser form still - as long as this is not Office 365 or you haven't moved to SharePoint 2013. But it wouldn't be worth it for this - it would be better to just write the rule to set all 20 fields. You can also do this with a manual modification to the form's manifest file to add an XPath filter to the field you ...

Sorry - Under Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security, select Local Intranet. Select Sites. Select Advanced. Add your server to the sites in that list. I'd try something like *.ec.ga.ca (if I am reading the address from your screenshots correctly).

Ok - so I ended up with the same issue - I think it may be because I rebuilt my machine last weekend. I may have had some settings preventing this. Adding the server to my local intranet in IE did the trick for me, perhaps try that?

Weird - on my machine it wraps. I'm not sure what else to suggest. Sometimes I hide form controls and display calculated values instead to get a better formatted email, but I'm pretty sure a calculated value isn't going to display the line breaks in the rich text.
