I find out from SPTechCon that it can't be done.
Infopath can't update SharePoint metadata. It can add, but not change the value of metadata.

I have about 120 templates that I would like to combine into a single template with views for each merged template. Once the new form is completed I'd like to post the results into a summary page in SharePoint. What would be the way to get this accomplished?

How do I evaluate the first field of a repeating table to another field not in the Repeating Table when the data in the first field of the repeating table changes? If they are not equal I want to set another field (status) to say they are not equal.

The setting I'm referring to is found by clicking on the small arrow, located in the lower right corner of the Format Text section on the Home ribbon in InfoPath 2010. It opens a paragraph window to the right of the Fields listed on the forms.
I did think of spacing but have multiple paragraphs in this forms where it seems like InfoPath ...

Can you try changing your Etching field to have a default value of 0 in your form? It seems your radio button control sets it to 1, so that would be true.
I've not seen the error you are getting before, and otherwise everything looks fine - I'm kind of perplexed. When the form submits, are you getting an ID back in your ID field?

I am looking for code (or pointers) to submit an outlook task from an info path form.
The purpose is that employee email is always cluttered, so out of the box email submit is not very effective.
