Undo history is cleared when a view is changed. There is not partial clearing of undo history.

The only way to do it is to write code. You have to evaluate where the form was opened for (there is a property with the full URL to the form template location that can be used for this), and then use that to build out your URL to the SharePoint site. Then you need to use that URL you just created to update your data connection addresses via code.

Create a default value formula for the text field and use the max() function:

The part that stands out as not belonging is the "f(clean);" text. Why is that in there? Everything else appears to be valid XML except for this. Try removing it and uploading the .udcx file without the "f(clean);" text in there.

That's the way it is with computers!
It can sometimes be like the new "computer mom" who discovers "format c:" :o)

1. Maybe the form template is pointing to the right web service in the data connection, but to the wrong server?
2. Verify that there is not some strange error in the UDC file. What it completely auto-generated, or was there any manual editing done to it?

Most likely the two forms have different namespace definitions for the "my" prefix. In your test form you have:
xmlns:my="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2008-01-22T18:18:32"
But in your production form, the date-time stamp on the end is likely different. The definition needs to match exactly ...
