Thank you.
It appears the first option is going to be my best bet. I was modifying other checklists that were created by someone else and had to assign a value to each answer and then use a math calculation to get the score. However, this meant I had to create a new field, avg all the responses (some were so long that I had to ...

Thank you for your prompt reply. Not the answer that I was looking for but it clearly answers my question. I tried copy and Paste and it did copy the form but as you mentioned it does not copy the data source and logic.

You need to set an action rule on the repeating field that says:
Condition - if repeating field is not equal to other field

I wouldn't recommend putting 120 views into a single form template. Navigation will be a nightmare and performance may be poor due to the large number of views.

The only way I know of is to use the tab key. There may be custom code you can write, but otherwise there is no other out of the box method for this.

Did you change your mapping? The mapping file no longer points to a repeating group, thus the ID parameter would have to be the full path to the ID node instead of a relative path. Your current mapping file has "my:myFields" for the repeating group - your previous mapping file had my:myFields/my:Items/my:Item
Here's the mapping ...

I think the message is pretty clear - the rich text field control in your browser form is not supported in Firefox. This link claims that there is full functionality in browser forms in Firefox 1.5 and above. However, there appear to be caveats:
It is possible for users to edit text in a rich text box in any supported browser, but ...
