Filler only view won't work as our client wanted to support users who have NO office 2010 and Filler installed, Some of them are these who are walking around and holding a iPad2/3 in their hands:)
Also even with Fill only View, you would need a link to open an existing form, right?

Hi, welcome.
The section you are putting the calculated value in is bound to PrintSection? You should be able to use a relative path:

I wonder about using a Filler only view - in the view properties, you can check a box indicating a view is for Filler only. And the dropdown is bound to a field inside the repeating table? Reading through the structure, and seeing that it works with one selection made first but not the others is extremely strange. I'd expect it either work, or not work.
If you want me to take a quick look at your rules, you can attach your template to the Options tab.

You can use the format-number function like this: format-number(field1, "$###,###"). Then you can just append the additional text that you want. Just to warn you this function only works on the client and will not work in the server. I'm not sure if there is an easy solution for the server.

I'm sending an email to various people asking to approve a form. I'm beginning with Set Variable:Formlink to [%Workflow Context:Current Site URL%]/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XmlLocation=[%Workflow Context:current Item URL%]&Source=[%Workflow Context:Current Site URL%]&DefaultItemOpen=1. I add [%Variable: Formlink%] (using the ...
