So - when we add to default data, it goes into the template.xml file, which InfoPath uses to create a new, blank form. I would only expect to see this issue in forms that were created prior to the addition of the default data. If you have new ones showing up w/ the same issue, are they from a different user? Is this a browser form or a filler ...

Add your pictures under the Options tab, or put upload them someplace for image sharing & include a link.
For default data - if you made the change to include the repeating rows with the different values after you already had some forms filled out, the old ones will have the repeated nodes w/ just the first lines values. New ones ...

And your form is a filler form, not a browser form? I'm wondering if they have opened it up at least once from SharePoint (so the template is cached), if they couldn't just re-open it from the InfoPath > File > New menu once offline.... Maybe try that?

Well, I've actually never had this issue (which is why I wanted you to save your form as source files using the Export option, just in case there was something else going on...) How big is the image you are trying to add to your form (and WHY would you add a huge image to your template?). Email me via the forum & I'll reply & you ...

So - from your XSN, if you just open the working one in design mode, and then use Publish > Export Files to export the source files, what happens? Attach a copy of the template if you want me to take a look - under the Options tab in a reply....

This email must be sent from the form, right? Not from a SharePoint Workflow?

Is there any file at all w/ an .xsf extension? Your backups still open ok in design mode?
-
So - do your users have InfoPath installed on their tablets?

Hi, Rommel - another update on this. It sounds like we'll get a new download package put together by the end of the day, so it will likely be tomorrow morning when I get the download link updated. Just wanted to let you know the approximate timeline. :)
