I am wondering if part of my problem is Outlook. I am able to publish the form, email it, and receive the filled out form. But when I open it, it does not update my database. Could I email a zip file of my database and form to one ... Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by tbmedina on 12-31-2008 Re: Collecting Data With Infopath - Access DB I know I said I was done for the day, but I had to go through the "tutorial" with the Northwind sample DB. Everything worked just fine, including their one-to-many relationships and text fields. I will think on this some more and see if I can figure out why mine's not working. Thanks again! You have been so much help to me today. I ... Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by tbmedina on 12-30-2008 Re: Collecting Data With Infopath - Access DB That didn't help anything. I am giving up for the day. Brain is tired. I am getting a couple of other messages in my summary area. The form doesn't seem to like the JOIN properties if I use a query. It doesn't like the one-to-many relationship if I use several tables. Does anyone know of a sample form and a sample Access ... Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by tbmedina on 12-30-2008 Re: Collecting Data With Infopath - Access DB I do have a couple that are memo. I will change them and see what happens. Enter a name for the submit connection: (but it's ... Tammy Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by tbmedina on 12-30-2008 Re: Collecting Data With Infopath - Access DB Thank your for your speedy and informative reply. When I click on Manage Data Connections, I see that I have two. One is my main connection and one is called main submit. When I choose to modify the main connection, it doesn't give me the option to "Enable the submit for this connection." It's greyed out. The type of connection ... I have searched throught the posts trying to find an answer to my questions, which should have a simple answer, but I didn't find anything. Forgive me if this seems ignorant to you. I created an Infopath form with an Access 2007 database as the data source. I used a lay-out table to construct my form ...
