 thx all..already work great..   "Automatically upgrade existing forms" -> i already done that but when i checked to Central Administration the form version is not upgraded so i'm using stsadm deactive feature and uninstall feature, and the version already upgraded :D   anyway i read about creating .msi for ...

thx Hari Krishna  no error...it just using the old template rather than the new one   do i need to rebuild new form each time this happened? :( there's got to be other   also do u have any recommended book?i'm a little bit frustated here :D

when infopath form is published it will create new .xsn file right? after i publish it, i can't open the form from the published location, it said some security error.. anyone can explain why??? i can't figure it out..   thanks, erick

 thx shiva  We can update the field value using code. First we need to check in database that row is already exist or not. If row is exist then we have to call the update query method in code to update the field values. -> can u show me how? i'm thinking to save the identity row to some textbox that hidden..
