• Re: Changing repeating row after Word template import

The solution to this was in Form Options > Advanced > Default values. From there uncheck the unwanted rows/delete them.

  • Re: InfoPath 07 & SharePoint Reporting

I am intrigued to see how KristyKay has done this, having reread the reply I hope isn't doing it via asp.net form with some cutting and pasting custom code to fill in the asp page based on the xml :-\ My colleague who I've roped into giving me a hand with this is currently trying to query each element of the repeating row and write a ...

  • InfoPath 07 & SharePoint Reporting

I am setting up a timesheet store using InfoPath and SharePoint. The timesheet form consists of a repeating table for information such as task/hours spent per day/location/customer. We're trying to roll it out across MOSS to remove the need for all users to install InfoPath and so they can access it everywhere. I'm having a problem in ...

  • Re: Changing repeating row after Word template import

Clay, Thanks for replying but I think you are misunderstanding me. I currently have a repeating table - but rather than the standard view I want ,which is a single row. When I go to fill the form it is giving me FOUR blank rows. When importing the form from the word template - does InfoPath insert custom code which has made this ...

  • Changing repeating row after Word template import

I imported a form designed in Word, which had 4 blank rows in it to indicate that the table was repeating. In design view it shows a single row which is repeating, but when I preview it, it displays four empty rows. I would however, like to just display a single row which the user can then add to. Unfortunately I can't seem to find an ...

  • Re: Customizing Date Pickers

Thanks Adam, I had actually already done that in excel before you're reply but thought it was a bit fugly hehe, but it will do the job and I might be able to do some customizing of the view/programming in sharepoint to automatically update that list so that only X months into the past and future we displayed. Thanks for all your ...

  • Re: Customizing Date Pickers

Thanks Adam, I need to avoid code then it seems. Would asking the user to enter the week number instead work? Then have some formula in the date field above Monday which works out based upon week number and year as to what date the week would begin on? I wonder if there is a webservice out there which holds this kind of data out there I could ...

  • Re: Customizing Date Pickers

Thank you for your reply Shiraz, even if it is a bit of bad news for me! Are there any links you know of which describe how to go about doing it in code, and if I do something in code for an infopath form, will it still be browser compatible? Also, I was told that to use InfoPath forms as part of SP that you need both Standard CALs AND ...

  • Customizing Date Pickers

Hello All, Firstly I just want to say this forum is brilliant, it's already helped me solve problems I was unable to find solutions to elsewhere on the www. My current problems are two different issues based around dates. I am developing in WSS (not MOSS... yet) and InfoPath07 I am developing a timesheet form which asks the user to ...
