I have a form with two sections of option buttons, one for Group products and one for Supplemental products. Each section has 6 buttons and multiple selections can be made under each section. I'm wondering how to combine all selections made into a concatenated entry submission to a single field in an access database.   Thanks. Heath

Clay, Unfortunately I don't have admin rights for my pc at work. We can't download software that is not supported by our IT department. Any suggestions that would help without downloading the suite?
