At first I doubt if I underestand your question correctly ! you mean u have 25 different sharepoint site ? ---- I think if u want to have 25 different forms in onle library , you'd better to create one form library (from sharepoint) and then upload these forms to it . but in this way u should always fill a same form and submitt it ... If u are familiar with SharePoint , it can solve this problem in a good way for u ! u can create a list on it and say it to export all datas automatically to excel ! but this is one little advantages of sharepoint and at first u should decide to use share point or not .... because it's one of Microsoft'd Servers ...
